The Rebate Operations Specialist I interprets Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (Pharma) rebate contracts, qualifies plan formularies against those contracts for rebate eligibility, sets up rebate system billing parameters, executes rebate system billing processes, performs quality assurance processes on those billings, and posts those billings to Pharma. The Analyst is responsible for consulting with Accounting, Drug Information, Formulary Services, Account Management, and other departments to ensure contract and formulary-related processing inputs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
